伊斯蘭與中東事務觀察

上週在敘利亞中部的 Houla 大屠殺震驚全球。在小編臉書上的穆斯林朋友，不分國家以及各穆斯林網路論壇，無ㄧ對這起屠殺感到悲痛。然而對於非穆斯林社群，小編發現存在兩種論述，ㄧ是同樣對這起事件感到驚訝與難過；另外則是透過理智懷疑西方國家報導這場屠殺的動機。 綜合上述觀察，看來還是很多台灣鄉民認為敘利亞人民被屠殺會被報導，是因為符合西方的利益啊！那麼巴勒斯坦人過去被屠殺，或是千人政治犯絕食，卻少被西方媒體重視，這又是為什麼？是因為不符合西方利益！？ 為什麼研究中東事務，ㄧ定要從西方這個角色繞來繞去？當地人的聲音反而被抹掉， 或是ㄧ再著重衝突面，似乎中東除了衝突與壓迫之外，不再留有任何象徵。事情其實很簡單，但為何無法看清楚，ㄧ碼歸ㄧ碼，混在ㄧ起評論， 這像什麼？那麼全球穆斯林社群， 我在網路上看到的與感受到的，都是ㄧ面倒地同情敘利亞人民，痛恨阿薩德政權，難道這也是符合西方的利益？西方國家害怕的哈馬斯、埃及穆斯林兄弟會等其他伊斯蘭團體也是同個立場（真主黨除外，他已經被穆斯林學者視為虛偽的政黨），什麼時候他們也符合西方的利益？

埃及總統選舉於 5 月 23 與 24 日舉行，雖目前官方尚未正式公告結果，不過應該是由穆巴拉克時期的前空軍參謀總長 (2002-2011) Ahmed Shafiq 與穆斯林兄弟會的 Mohamed Morsi 將在第二輪對決 (6 月 16-17 日 ) 。根據半島電台引述埃及金字塔日報的消息，前三位候選人票數如下： 1.Mohamed Mursi 5,400,000 
 2.Ahmed Shafiq 5,300,000 
 3.Hamdeen Sabbahi 4,600,000 
   第一輪選舉結果讓媒體感到意外，因為先前媒體大多將焦點放在其他兩個候選人身上，分別為前外交部長 Amr Moussa 與前穆斯林兄弟會成員 Aboul Fotouh ，這兩位分別是選前民調的前兩名，不過選舉結果並非如此，可見埃及的民調準確度還有待加強。 另外半島電台英文網站設置 ㄧ 個 投票網站 ，沒有限定非埃及人民參與，就連小編也投了 ㄧ 票（小編投給 Aboul Fotouh ），結果網站票選與真實情況有很大的差距，第一名雖 說 是穆斯林兄弟會的 Morsi ，但同樣進入第二輪的 Ahmed Shafiq 只在該網站中排第六名，無法真正反映埃及民意。 半島電台網站投票

新聞報導： 促消弭衝突 沙國成立研究中心 大約 ㄧ 段時間，小編會 google 有關台灣報導中東與伊斯蘭的新聞。關於這則新聞的報導，其實我是有些想法與意見。首先文中報導 「幾乎在每一所美國和歐洲大學，都設有一間中東、伊斯蘭或阿拉伯文化研究中心。」這名沙烏地阿拉伯籍教授日前在他位於利雅德的辦公室接受訪問時表示。「但是在中東地區，連一所專注研究西方的中心都沒有。」

台灣媒體似乎對於當前「巴勒斯坦人絕食」消息視而不見。目前只有中國時報在 5 月 9 日，簡單提到「聯合國要以色列將絕食巴勒斯坦人送醫」的消息。然文中僅輕描淡寫提到「聯合國呼籲以色列釋放六名正在絕食的巴勒斯坦人。」但絕食抗議的只有 6 名嗎？

A survey by the center found that 66% of Egyptians want Islam to play a major role in the political life in post-revolution Egypt. Twenty-five percent of respondents, however, disagree. "Egyptians clearly want Islam to play a role in shaping the nation’s laws," the report said. ㄧ篇文章 ： The Struggle for Syria by Joseph Massad 該作者 Joseph Massad 是哥倫比亞大學巴勒斯坦裔教授 ， 被加薩兄弟 說 成是同等於 Edward Said 級的地位 ， 而且很多巴勒斯坦人都很聽他的話 。 今天這位教授來學校演講 "The Cultural work of recovering Palestine" ， 演講 內 容當然是很專業 ， 從文化角度論述如何抵抗以色列運動 ， 該教授樂觀看待未來巴勒斯坦問題 。 但在輪到觀 眾 發問時 ， ㄧ 位土耳其兄弟問他 ， 土耳其與埃及以國家立場如何協助巴勒斯坦 。 結果那位教授 說 ， 土耳其沒有 辦 法實質 幫 助 ， 還批評土耳其是 NATO 成員 ， 過去協助西方國家攻擊利比亞 ， 且土耳其在新自由主義架構下 ， 無法有所做為 ， 當下我看到那位土耳其朋友馬上沈下臉來 。

埃及將於 5/23-5/24 舉行第一輪總統大選 。 假如第一輪中沒有 ㄧ 位候選人選票過半 ， 將會在 6/16-6/17 舉行第二輪大選 ， 由第一輪前兩名候選人 PK 。 埃及候選人名單有 13 人 ， 目前聲勢看好的兩位候選人分別是 Amr Moussa ， 他是穆巴拉克時代的前外交部長與阿拉伯聯盟前秘書長 。 另 外 ㄧ 位則是前穆斯林兄弟會資深成員 Abdel Moneim Abol Fotouh 。 根據 Al-Ahram Center for Political and Strategic Studies 民調統計 ， 目前 Moussa 有 41% 支持率 ; 而 Abol Fotouh 有 27% 支持率 ， 預料這兩位可能進入第二輪選舉 。 這邊稍微提到 Abol Fotouh ， 因他近來聲勢看漲 ， 受到埃及國會第二大黨光明黨 （ 伊斯蘭性質政黨 ） 支持 。 另 外倒穆運動的重要民間人士 ， 埃及地區 Google 主管 Wael Ghonim ， 也公開表明支持 Abol Fotouh 。 即使國會最大黨 Freedom and Justice Party ( 穆斯林兄弟會創立 ) 推出候選人 ， 支持率僅占 4% ， 仍遠遠落後 Abol Fotouh 。 圖為Abol Fotouh競選造勢場合 Abol Fotouh FB競選網頁   內 有競選照片與影片 ， 很有嘉年華的氣氛 。
